AJ joined Lukas early on in his journey of building Landworks Fence. He began his career in the fencing industry as an installer and quickly demonstrated his dedication and commitment to quality work. Through hard work and perseverance, he advanced to the sales team, and later became the sales manager at Landworks, where he has been instrumental in shaping the company’s success.
With several years of experience under his belt, AJ excels in customer relationship management and formulating effective sales strategies. His early contributions to the company have established a solid groundwork for fostering relationships with clients, ensuring they receive fencing solutions that are both visually appealing and functionally effective.
In his capacity as Sales Manager and Co-owner, AJ supervises the sales team, devises sales strategies, and engages directly with clients. He spearheads efforts to elevate customer satisfaction, concentrating on delivering customized solutions that meet client needs. His extensive knowledge allows him to mentor team members and improve performance to meet broader business objectives.
Outside of work, AJ enjoys spending time with his family and German Shepherd, Maverick. When he is not out hiking with his dog, you can find him enjoying a round of golf.
